Does anyone have any experience with these bags?
They look quite useful I already have a Barley but was looking for an alternative size.
Thanks.

I have been using one for a couple of years. I really like it, I tried a barley and didnt.
Re: Carradice College saddlebag
No, but I do have (in addition to a Barley) a Nelson Longflap, and have just ordered a Cadet (which is the same size as a Nelson but without side pockets). I'm not sure why you're looking at the College, but it might be useful to know that the Nelson sized ones (standard, longflap, and Cadet) are big enough to take an A4 hardback notebook, or even (with careful packing) my work 15" Macbook Pro laptop, plus lunch, jumper, etc.
Re: Carradice College saddlebag
I chose the College as I have enjoyed using the smaller zip roll without pockets. The college seemed like an extension to that idea with a larger capacity. I will still use the Barley but there are times when the need to carry a few books arises and the Barley is just a too small for the job. I will look at the Cadet I am not looking for pockets and the College seemed at first glance to fit the bill.

The Cadet looks better it is slightly smaller by 1 liter but double the Barley and £3 cheaper.
