Trip to Europe (Romania?)

I am vaguely planning a cycling jaunt to Europe and wondered if anyone had any ideas. I really want to take the train. I was thinking of Romania, but don't know of it's feasability.
Does anyone have any ideas of interesting (and not too bothersome in terms of organisation) train trips to interesting places where there is interesting cycling. Not overly concerned about cost of/time spent on train, but as I'll probably do B&B or hotel the cost of the country generally may well be a factor.
