Many years ago......

I bought a booklet by the "New Riders of the Open Road" called the "North Sea Cycleway" from Berwick to Hull. It ws my first long distance solo tour and I would like to repeat it.

Parts of the route are now the "Coast and Castles, but there is also an inland stretch through Consett, Lanchester, and Whitby / Scarborough

Does anyone have a copy or can let me have route details?

Thanks, but the NROTOR route predates this, and comes inland avoiding the big areas like TyneSide.

I may have to do it from memory, but at my age this is a little dodgy!
