R&M lighting bracket

I assume it's an EU manufacture, so it would be a bit silly to buy from the US (as weel as wexpensive for postage). Any idea who makes them and if there is a UK(EU) shop I can buy from?
If I had a baby elephant, I would put it on a recumbent trike so that it would become invisible.

It is rather good - much more solid than the standard B+M brackets.
