USE suspension seat post

Bought a rx alien carbon cyclops single bolt shokpost some years ago which has been fine on my tourer until I tried to hang a bag from saddle. Now having trouble tightening the saddle clamp sufficiently to hold the saddle firmly. Thinking of buying a replacement clamp part. Does anyone know if USE have increased the size of bolt for extra strength or have I misread the blurb on the chain reaction webpage.

I think I read somewhere ,that it was a strength issue,after all the twin bolts did look very insubstantial.
I had a Sumo on back of my tandem which was supplied at my request by SJS when I bought the tandem.
It was (I found) impossible to tighten they replaced it with a Thudbuster
