gonna build a dalek

after the untimley demise of my kit car av decided to get on and do somthing ive been thinking about for years, building a full size dalek!, ive sourced plansfrom the websites dedicated to this,just need a good quality router and i`ll get started. has anyone else on here done this,i`d be interested to hear.exterminate!

chasis was so rotton,beyond repair and had enough of it.......have some plans from [urhttp://www.projectdalek.co.uk/files/index.htmll]HERE[/url] and the others had to register then buy them.

why not build it round a trike and then you could simply EXTERMINATE any drivers who get too close

My sister had a friend at University who built one and used to use it to promote stuff and just for fun. I'll see if she's still in contact with him. It was to original plans from the eraly series'. Are you following plans for the new ones or the old?

One of the old Radio Times Dr Who annuals had plans in it for building a full sized dalek. Can't remember the year but it was Pertwee era so prob the '70s. they still come up on auction sites now and then.
Our local collectors toy shop had a dalek (full size) in the window until recently - Mrs Si went in to ask how much he wanted for it - thinking of getting it for my birthday - and hastily retreated when he said offers over £1k might be considered.
