La Promenade Verte = The Green Walk, Brussels (Belgium)

Post by fietslogies »

In may of this year, Brussels inaugurated it's own Green Walk or Promenade Verte. The trail counts 65 km and leads along 40 parks and protected nature areas in the capital region of Belgium. It passes 14 of the 19 Brussels municipalities and flirts with the borders of Flanders.
The guide is bilingual (french and dutch) and presents the trail in 40 maps. It's for free (!) and you can order it by phone +32 2 775 75 75 or simply go to : http://www.ibgebim.be/Templates/Particuliers/Informer.aspx?id=1854&langtype=2060&detail=tab3 and fill in the form.
There you will find also the PDF-version (7 MB). On another site, it's possible to check the map in a more interactive way :

You're right. The first link changed today. So I looked up the new one and removed the old one in my main post.
