Bike Carrier Recommendation Please

We are about to change our car from an estate with roof rails, on which we fit a Thule rack with 4 bike carriers, to a smaller hatchback with no rails.
I liked the roof rails as I could fit & remove the rack in a couple of minutes, but on a car with just normal guttering it isn't so quick or easy and as we don't want the carriers fitted permanently, I'm looking for a rear door mounted 3-cycle carrier.
I don't want to have to use a lighting board, so the carrier must lift the bikes (2 x MTB + 1 proper bike
) clear above the lights (VW Golf)
Recommendations please?
