I was quite smug about my skinny (muscly? well, maybe  ) thighs, but now I'm not so sure.
Sir Chris("tree-trunks") Hoy should make 200 years.

Me too. The most cheering pseudo-science I've heard in a long time. :D

On the other hand, I've gone from fat fat thighs to fat muscle-y thighs since starting cycling. Same dimension, but I'm a heck of a lot fitter now- or so I thought. have I been wasting my time?
Maybe it isn't do cheering after all.

hmm - because people in homes (who are highly likely to die in the next 12 years) so lots of excersise, that's why their thighs are thin - oh no, that's age and helath issues...
