Not everyone is a fast HDAU cyclist, Tuesday we had a car assisted club ride from Cambridge to Santon Downham then cycled 28 miles in traffic free lanes before returning to Cambridge. Four senior riders, 82, 80, 79 and 60+. see the report on

Nothing wrong in having it both ways.
This morning I did a 2 hour fast ride on this
