I am looking for some help in finding a supplier of what seems to be an unfeasibly large cycle helmet.

After being measured by various people, I need a 64/5cm helmet, and I have yet to find a supplier that goes over 62cm. Help!!! I want the helmet for general commuting, though I accept that I may need to spend a bit more

You need the Bell Kinghead: goes up to 66cm! The only place in the UK that has ever sold that uniquely large helmet is the CTC shop - except they're out of stock just now. They've got the Bell Sequoia though, which claims to fit up to 65cm.

Is the Met Testa Grossa Too small as well?
