If you have an iPhone with moxion x gps you can tweet, update your facebook page or send text messages with your location (automatically if you want).

You can probably do it manually with any mobile phone that has a data tarrif and GPS.

Without these though I guess text messages will work fine.

Route:

Head out of St Ives to Hayle and as you leave the end of the town, take the Connor Downs turn. This is the Old A30.

Follow through Camborne and Redruth and head to Blackwater. This is where the Old A30 leaves off.

Co-incidentally I will be holidaying on business (IYSWIM) in Cornwall from 3rd to 12th May.
So except for 24th May,when I might be accompanying Mick F between Wrexham & Ludlow, I might be able to ride with you if you are near Stoke-on-Trent after 13th May.
