WCW - Bike hire for some

Intending to do the Sustrans WCW, from Bristol to Bath. Any one know of a good source for hiring reasonable quality bikes set up for touring (road tyres / full mudguards/ rear panniers) from Bristol for 2 boys (13 / 16?). Probably return to Bristol one week later - or for the terminally lazy, drop off in Padstow..?
