As I posted, I wasn't suggesting it was possible with the CTC. I was just illustrating the difference between the RAC and the AA. On a point of information, I think it's this that prevents a hypothetical divvi up:
8. If upon the winding up or dissolution of the Club there remains after the satisfaction of all its debts and liabilities any property whatsoever the same shall not be paid to or distributed among the members of the Club, but shall be given or transferred to some other institution or institutions having objects similar to the objects of the Club to be determined by the members of the Club at or before the time of dissolution, or in default thereof by such judge of the High Court of Justice as may have or acquire jurisdiction in the matter.
