There was a meeting between Kevin Mayne and some anti-campaigners in February, and Kevin promised to publish the information from that meeting. I couldn't find the info, but Peter Jackson (ops director) has found it for me.
I would have expected this info to be provided as part of the "further reading" together with Kevin's original letter and perhaps even some notes from the meeting.
