I recently acquired a bike that came with sprints & tubs.. I am only going to use the frame, and dispose of the rest of the equipment.
The sprints are Fiamme Rims, Sunshine Large Flange hubs (jap Record copies from the early 80's I assume) lightly rusted spokes, and glued on Wolber tubs which seem to be in reasonable nick...
Questionis.. do I try and flog them complete, or strip them and try and sel lthe hubs and rims and tubs seperately.... what is going to be easiest ?
I have a feeling that none of hte parts are very interesting, perhaps someone might wnat the hubs to build into clinchers, and possibly someone might want the tubs for perhaps training ????

You could sell the glue separately and perhaps the air in the tubs would have some nostalgic value??

Advertise them and see what the response is - this will give you the best indication of the demand/value

Fylbiker recently sold some stuff on fleabay, from his experience strip them;
Sell rims and Hubs separately. Don't even bother selling the tubs. He sold one set of hubs and got as much as for a wheel with hubs and much easier to pack/despatch.
