Found(sort of) at Cashconverters: Trek 1.7?

Spotted in Keighley Cash ~Convertors, unusually a nice road bike Trek 1.7 ?, Ultegra/105 kit, Nice Bontrager wheels with aero spokes, Michelin Pro 3 tyres in blue. They are asking £495. Could be entirely above board but knowing these stores might have gone missing from someone's shed?
