With consultations and surveys currently taking place in Manchester, Sheffield and Newcastle, regaring the carriage of cycles on ther tram/LRT systems, I've been checking and compiling information on the systems I've listed around the world.
Current and relevant information - especially if you have pictures - of bikes carried on tram and metro systems outside the UK would be useful in making submissions and responding to surveys. If you have anything to contribute do send it to me (dave.holladay@ctc.org.uk) and I'll fit it in to the spreadsheet.

Re: World Survey - Tram systems that carry bikes
Don't have any pictures myself...
... but I have legally taken my bike on the Porto (Portugal) metro system, and it was the morning rush hour too.
... and have seen people taking their bikes using the very clearly marked bike spaces on the Frankfurt U-bahn. And that was rush hour too.
You might find some in Switzerland, but my German's not very good.
