Although the NO vote was lost the special resolution to amend the articles was won by the NO vote due to the other side not getting the required majority.

We live to carry on the fight. Or at least I do.

+1, no doubt as part of the next round we may see a copy of the current Articles alongside a copy of the 'new' proposed Articles (the comparison and implications may be interesting).

There was a word doc with markup on the CTC website showing the changes

I have seen a copy of the Mem. & Articles (revised 2009), but can't find a copy of the revised version (the one required to meet the requirements re forming a Trust consisting of the CTC Trust and CTC combined). Searching CTC is not a particularly user friendly task (in my experience). I will have another attempt later when I have more time available (unless someone is able to give a URL for the relevant information).

There is also a version on paper, in the 2010 AGM pamphlet that came with your April/May Cycle Magazine.

So there is! I must have missed that with all the excitement of filling in the proxy form ...There's rather a lot to plough through isn't there?
