stolen - Marin Toscana, black

lock cut and bike pinched outside Santander office on Euston road (London) this lunchtime, in area with CCTV and wandering security guards

Marin Toscana 2009 model
Black frame, number F659765008

Differences from standard model...
handlebar end caps are hi-vis yellow with smiley faces
saddle is a Fizik Arione
seatpost is Thomson Elite
crankset is silver Shimano 105, 53/39
pedals are Shimano XTR M970
saddle bag, silver/black with Specialized logo, containing tube, puncture kit, multitool, tyre lever
bike has a Garmin speed/cadence sensor fitted, and mounts for Garmin and front/rear light mounts

Sorry about your loss. I have a Marin Toscana, so I can sympathise even more at being deprived of it.

I checked your frame number on the Bike Register (see the option right at the very bottom of the page). There's no record there of your bike: "Not registered on our database." I'm not sure it will be possible to register after it's been reported stolen (they're supposed to run checks on bikes being registered to stop thieves registering the bike[s] they've stolen, attempting to "launder" the theft), but it could help someone identify your bike as stolen and for you to get it back, should it be recovered.

There's also Immobilise and Bike Revolution sites where you can register the frame number and report it stolen.
