Butley Ferry

Does anyone know if the Butley Ferry south of Orford, on Sustrans Route 1, carries bikes. Various websites give a different answer. We are travelling in May.

I crossed on a rowing boat ferry in that area a couple of years back, but cannot remember the name of the ferry now!
If you Google 'Butley Ferry', it come up with a Suffolk coasts and heaths site containing the ferry operators phone numbers.

I tried that one last September, telephoning the number printed on the Suffolk (County Council's) Coastal Route map. I was told that it no longer operated. Things might have changed again since then.
