wheelbuilder recommendations in the Northwest

Hi - anyone able to recommend a reasonably priced and competent wheelbuilder in the Northwest (specificaly around mid Cheshire i.e. Warrington, Chester, Crewe, Altrincham, Stockport etc.
And any idea how much is reasonable for front and back 700c rebuilds if I were to supply the rims and hubs..

Paul Hewitt Cycles did a good job for me on two trike rear wheels to refurbish my Higgins trike.
