You might want to complain about the deliberate hit-and-run death of a pedestrian in The Killing (Forbrydelsen) as well, then. Aren't there a lot of deliberate deaths by lots of means appearing on TV? They all have the possibility of having a specific meaning to some people (and I'm very sorry for yours). Shootings, stabbings, vehicular, and so on. Was it exceptionally graphic in comparison with all others?
