Einstein's famous equation. If you really did lose significant amounts of mass without sweating or otherwise leaking, you would surely have been propelled close to the speed of light...........

Only up to a point. if you take in too much water, your body will simply expel it quicker. I would argue that a bladderful of dilute urine isn't of much use to anyone and under those circumstances, I'd rather the water was in the bottle.
