brake lever bushes

Does anyanbody know where I can get the nylon bushes that fit in the top of the old Weinmann brake levers please, to stop the cables going straight through the top of the levers, I know they are old but I really need a few sets. Kind regards barbelfisher.

When I bought a new complete cable (Clarks) for my old tourer it had the right bit included, but made of an alloy rather than plastic.
