Family Friendly Campsites on the Dutch Coast?
Can anyone recommend family/cycle friendly campsites along the Dutch coast? We are two adults with a 4 year old and a 2 year old but dont really want to stay on one of those massive all singing, all dancing sites but rather a quieter one, ideally close to beaches. We are planning to stay between Rotterdam and Amsterdam but are flexible within that zone. Any ideas greatly recieved.

Have a look for Naturecamping, or the Dutch spelling of it.

We have used these sites for the last two visits to Holland and found them to suit us perfectly

As the resident Dutchman: yes this is what I would do - and did. Enjoy. Remember, the part you will be in is densely populated.

That's great. Thanks for the tips. These places look exactly what we had in mind. We lived in Leiden for several years then moved to The Lake District, England not least of all to get some space! So we are prepared for the Randstad!

Yup, these are pretty much the best campsites in The Netherlands, simple+small but you can still get a shower and sometimes a shitty weather/communal area.
