We are seeing a lot of threads about bike fit of late, it seems to me. It's an important but complex subject and there have been numerous good suggestions made by some of the contributors.

How about it?

Bike fit ???!!!!!

What is the best way to describe what we mean for this ??

Oh, you've got me there. How about "Measuring Up - How to make sure you fit your bike"?
I suppose that would then cover the basics on buying the right frame size and then the more tricky task of setting it up right.
