I'll look out for you lot coming through!

Saw two chaps late this afternoon on the A390 east of Liskeard approaching Callington up the long hill - in the rain and cold. Maybe they'd left LE this morning. Rotten weather today, not good tomorrow, but Friday looks good.

Thanks Mick,

I'll look out for a shiny Mercian twinkling in the sunlight, hoping there is some sun that it. :)

Staying in St Just on Saturday night before start and Fowey the next night. Days route below.

This is not quite correct becasue this route, taken last year, had to do a slight detour due to the King Harry ferry being in dry dock

Next day?
Fowey, over to Polruan/Bodinick, Polperro, Looe ---- then where?
Plymouth or Tavistock?

That'll be Tuesday next week. As Mr Humfries used to say, "I'm free!"

I need a ride. I've been off the bike with my poorly finger, and then the weather has been terrible - hopefully I'll be fit and the weather clear. Should see you on the road - with a bit of luck.

Mick,

If you open the link I posted it opens in Garmin. If you click on Next in the top right corner you can scroll through the whole route. You will have to use days rather than the date on the Garmin page with Sunday as Day 1.

Gotcha!
Sorry, I don't use Garmin Connect - not familiar with it at all.

You've got a good ride there, Plymouth to Yelverton is on the A386 - ok, many Plymouth cyclists go out that way - even me! - then onto Dartmoor up Peek Hill to Princetown and over to Moretonhampstead.

Hopefully the weather will be kind, but if it's like it is today, you wouldn't get me onto Dartmoor. Nasty up there in the damp and cold. Weather forecast doesn't look good at all.

I'll try and time it for being on the roads heading towards you. If I come down from Callington through the lanes towards the Widegates area, I can head to Looe - I should find you, and then take you to Plymouth and up to the north.

I'll PM you with phone number.

Hi everyone. I finished my Lejog on Saturday evening taking 14 days to cover 991 miles. I will post more info and pics in due course. Sorry about the lack of blog entries but it seems that Aberdeenshire is not the only place in the world without 3G, wifi or even, in some places, any kind of phone coverage. Blog update in hte next few days. Unfortunately, I am back at work this morning.
