Hi,

Recently been locked out for some reason and now cannot use my preferred user name. The error message says "contact an administrator", but I've searched the forum and can't find anything. So where do I find their contact information please?

For some reason the username is "inactive" status so you must have done something REALLY BAD

The Law Lords have decided that you should be given another chance, so I have reactivated "Graham O".

I have my computer set up to remember my password, so I am logged in automatically each visit. I stay logged in as long as I am reading. When I try to submit a comment myself I am told I must sign in first. But I was already signed in. What do I do now?

I always log out when I finish, and log back in when I want to come back.
Sounds simple to me, and of course that's what the log in/out buttons are for.
