Hi. If I buy secondhand Pinerello with Durace components can I transer my existing Simano chainrings and cassette and chain on to it.?

I can't afford Dura Ace so am no expert but I believe it's 10 speed. If your old chainset/cassette isn't then you're going to have problems with chain width, indexing, etc.
