Liability insurance - while cycling at work

Does anyone know if as a member of CTC I am covered if i have an accident during the course of my employment ie while cycling out and about - also am i required to have liability insurance while travelling by cycle to and from work?

I am sure this was something I looked into a few years when I went out and about a bit from work on my bike, I am sure there is a clause that covers it, i know I downloaded some info off the ctc site at the time but do not remember exactly what.
Worth contacting CTC to fins out.
