Difficult size for some reason. Personally I'm not keen on adjustable stems but I wonder if this http://www.chainreactioncycles.com/Models.aspx?ModelID=39260 moves from 0 degees to 45 degrees and therefore could be used in a 'flat' position. Just a thought.

Is this of any use? :-
http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/DMR-Conrod-St ... 5f76b04528

They do a 0deg' 105mm. for 25.4 bar with 1.1/8" steerer.
