I think Endura do one as part of their Baa-Baa range.

Here's a couple :

I have the Sugoi Wallaroo cap, it's very good although the lining is polyester which defeats the purpose a bit. I think the Endura cap might be a bit thinner and less bulky under a helmet, although the Sugoi one fits ok.

Thats great, but im sure there are more out there, possibly Italian or French, these hats are great for winter riding when the sun is low in the sky or for blocking out dazzling car headlights

I've got a vintage AguSport peaked hat to wear under a 'banana' head protector.

Nowadays, I cover my Polystyrene helmet with cling film to stop the cold draught getting to my scalp.
I wear a bandana underneath.

Thank's Team Sky.

Oh, and the peak....
Plasticard and tape....

Try Galstudio on Etsy.com - some nice traditionally-styled caps and the winter versions have ear/neck warmers. Some are wool (or wool mix, I forget), others aren't.

Giro do a merino wool one for about £28 or there are the plush ones from Velobici. The Sealskinz one wont go under your normal helmet, they're good and proof but a bit thick for under a lid

I've added 2 hats to my collection today my Walz cap in wool arrived in the post, very nice. Wife also bought me a Barbour hunting cap with Ear flaps unlikely to use that for cycling other than around town.
