Indeed! I suspect much of their original twist-shift market has been nicked by the Gilles Berthoud shifter for drops.
The drop lever is great, but it's no looker! The amount of times I've grovelled up hills slowly staring at a brake lever wondering how you could make a decent drop shifter for a Rohloff...
FWIW I emailed them about three years ago to buy the original Mittelmeyer twist-shifter, but never had any response. So I bodged one fairly successfully instead.
Big wheels good, small wheels better.
