Are things that bad that you have to leave? Why don't you stay a little longer.

You can dip in and out of this forum as much as you like.
Don't feel you have to leave like Oakes!
Personally, cycling and reading this forum stops me getting
depressed.
All the best, but don't feel you have to go.

Personally, cycling stops me getting depressed ok, but sometimes this forum gets me:
1. Happy and smiley
2. Angry
3. Amused
4. Depressed
5. Drunk
6. Bored
7. Delighted

+1
Please note, I sometimes get drunk because I'm staying up late drinking a wine or three and answering the threads!

If I do come back, I will apologise to the board for being a depressive and a cry baby

Is it the board making you depressed? If not isn't it a good idea to stick around so you are less likely to get depressed?

Don't give up on us. I get depressed if I don't get on the bike for three days. This time of year is a pain.

Still very cold here in Poland, but things are looking up. Tour organised for Slovakia, Danube, and down to Albania. There's always something to look forward to on 2 wheels

If you feel cold, then you are alive...which, quite frankly, I had my doubts about. You've just got through the most depressing month of they year, so that is good news. Do tell us more about your plans.

Good to see you're still with us, JD, and looking forward positively. It's pretty damned cold here, too, and just about everywhere in Europe. Time to get out the maps (paper or Google) and dream of summer.
Happy cycling
Ray

Good to hear from you JD. Welcome back.
I'd be interested to hear if you get to Albania, and if you choose to wear a Norman Wisdom mask to get preferential treatment at the border!!
