Pennine Cycleway (North)

I'm looking for a copy of the Sustrans map for Pennine Cycleway (North). It would appear to be out of print as Sustrans and Amazon do not have any copies available. Anyone able to direct me to a supply of this map - or want to sell thier old copy?
