I am thinking of a tour around different routes in Brittany.I plan to travel on the Poole to Cherbourge ferry then start cycling.Staying at B and Bs and Hostels.
Perhaps starting mid April to early May,maybe 3 weeks but i can be flexable.I want to enjoy the scenery and stop for photos etc,so cycling speed about 12 miles an hour, with a few beers in the evening. I speak no French so should interesting.Anyone fancy joining me or has similar ideas please let me know.See also my earlier Topic Camino De Santiago.I am 60 year old ,but still a bit mad,its the only way too be. cheers Tim

They just announced the scrapping of the Barfleur ship service and are carrying on with freight and a fast ferry in the summer. Better check availability.

Thanks Al,yes you are right there are no ferries from Poole. So any one going to Brittany go via Porsmouth it costs £70 return, one man and his bike.
