Waxing the frame

Post by Garry Booth »

Anyone know a good product to wax a precious frame with after washing?

I use car polish.
I bought a big bottle of Turtle Wax Professional some years ago.

Excellent stuff.

when I can be bothered I use car wax too. Lots of half-decent ones out there. Zymol is well thought of but I really don't care for the smell of it at all.

One major improvement recently is a 'clear' polish that doesn't leave white marks if you don't polish too carefully.

cheers

Glad I read the posts - thought it might be some way of getting the bike to go faster - a bit like shaving your legs - haha.
