So you're happy for a business to be "named & shamed" before the OP has given them an opportunity to correct the situation?
You are obviously upset by that situation. Nevertheless, I am happy to name and shame businesses that give poor service. By the same token, I would praise and leave good reviews for one that gave good service. I have only ever given 1 bad review, most have been praise for good or reasonable service.
Why should the OP (the customer) have to chase the business for a solution? A reasonable request has been made and in my opinion, a totally unreasonable response given.
