HI does anyone know any campsites that are open all year round in either Sardinia or Corsica?
Is it possible to cycle camp in January on these islands?

I've never been to either place, but I've heard that the Corsican maquis is full of thorny bushes that make it quite impenetrable. I don't know what the particular prickles are, but I wonder whether they are effective at letting the air out of your tyres?
