Hi folks. With any luck I'll have this in the right section.
I'm wondering if anyone knows of a cycling club in the Bolton area. I'm already a member of Bolton Clarion however, I cannot keep up with the A-group as they are fast paced and my Dawes Vantage is no light-weight racing machine. The B-group rarely turn up to meets.
Any help on this would be very much appreciated.

Bolton CTC section though I think the lines between the 2 (ctc and clarion) got blurred a few years ago. Calrion have a very slow group. Thereis also Horwich CC... though mostly racing, Chorley Cycling Club, and Lancashire Road Club.

Pop into Bolton Alternative Transport on 65 Knowsley Street Bolton. They will probably be able to put you in touch with someone to ride out with.
