Karrimoor camping stove

Post by barbelfisher »

Just wondered if anyone has bought or used the tiny Karrimoor Explorer stove with piezo ignition and what the boiling times are for a ltr of water?

I would still carry matches or lighter just in case.

This one says 3.5 minutes for slightly less power.

I've got the same sort of stove. No difference but does not have a karrimor label. Used it every day in France last year. very powerful and fast. Probably 3/4 mins at full blast for boiled water but I usually used it on a low light. Gas lasted forever.
