It was me, doing some updates to the Forum software. Wasn't aware that the emoticons had been changed...

What you haven't realised is that this is a more accurate representation of a Touring cyclist.

The new shape represents the shape of a bearded face, more extended and pointed at the end.

The next generation will have a couple of small extensions at the base to represent sandals

A while back, somebody used one that was kotowing to another poster's greater knowledge. I'd like to have things like that available.

Never!

I'm mostly in bare feet in the house and garden, and in sandals out of the house most of the year. Shoes and socks go with November to February, but sandals and no socks for the rest.

I wear socks with my cycling shoes though.

I'm not aware of losing any socks, just my thig.
(which I still haven't found)
