Photos of my tour to Bavaria and Austria

Just returned yesterday from a quick 8 day tour around southern Bavaria and Austria.
The highlight for me was the 5500 feet ascent (and especially the descent) of the Grossglockner road.

Nice pics - looks a great place to cycle. I'm surprised there wasn't more traffic on the Grossglockner - is it no longer a main route?

It was busy enough to be careful of the traffic but not enough to spoil the ride. My photos were looking out at the scenery rather than the road and I probably waited for traffic to pass before taking photos. But it does seems to be more of a tourist attraction than a main route. All the traffic was cars, camper vans and (especially) bikers; there were no commercial vehicles. There are 'attractions' to stop and visit and entertain the kids.
I suppose most traffic uses the A10 to the east or the lower 108 to the west

And I made a video of the full descent which I'll post soon which shows the traffic a bit better
