Fellia bikes

Has anyone got a Fellia folding bike..? They may be called a Proteam also..They are 16 inch wheeled folding bikes..6 speed..
I have seen one or two and and although they are cheap they look quite good..almost a clone of a Dahon Curve in steel with 6 gears..Has anyone got one...? ridden one..any comments about them..?
