I've just returned from a ~3 month trip and your kit list is very similar to mine. If you want to lose a little, here is what I took. I didn't need anything extra:

2 cycling shorts
1 lightweight shorts
1 pair cycling gloves (fingerless)
1 pair cycling gloves (full finger)
1 pair of cycling shoes
1 pair of flip flops
2 Pairs of underpants
1 long sleeve base layer
2 Tee shirts (for both cycling and off bike wear)
1 Gore Phantom Jacket
1 Pertex windproof
1 Pair Ron Hill Bikesters
3 pairs of socks
1 Paclite Waterproof
Waterproof Over-trousers
Camping towel

Camping stuff missed as follows: Tiger Paws tent, Alpkit mat, snugpac sleeping bag, cotton liner, karimoor Explorer cooker with one canister. Saucepan set with mug and kettle. Tin opener, spork and knife, fork and spoon set, (not sure which to take yet) Windup torch and head torch. Food: sachets of just add hotwater chocolate plus Green teabags, noodles, small tins of fish such as tuna etc, packets of porridge and will buy other stuff on route. Will also carry bananas and flapjack on first day or two. A lot I hear you say? I will probably not be able to move the bike when it is all packed, but I will lay it all out and check packed weight before leaving.

It also depends how long you are going for. I had 6 days in France last month and it rained 4 days out of the 6 but I still managed on one top and one pair of shorts for cycling plus something to change into in the evening. I took 4 pairs of socks, but only used 2. I also like something to change into for bed, if only to stop my arms getting cold if they are outside the sleeping bag - I use a long sleeved marino top which can double as extra warmth in the evening if required.

I have used pants under shorts before but didn't bother this time. Just take a small packet of wet wipes to ensure things are clean after having a poo. If that is not too much detail for some!

Loved the recent post that was offered in response to the same question a few weeks ago, which went something like: "Before you go, spread everything you're going to take, out on top of your bed, then halve the kit and double the money..."
Top advice!
I remember doing the West Country Way with a couple of chums years ago, and our less experienced friend turned up with luggage that included 2 different bottles of shower gel, 3 pairs of shoes, and, inexplicably, 3 varieties of cheese...

The 'halve the kit, double the money' post was in response to my own question about cycle touring/camping kit here :) http://forum.ctc.org.uk/viewtopic.php?f=16&t=65957

Won't the rain come in if you only take half a tent?
