Those are the four cookies I'd expect to see from this Forum, if you've ever logged in with the browser in question.

As for Firefox versus Safari, I don't think you're seeing any difference in cookies being stored. The other stuff you're seeing is "cache" and "local storage" not "cookies".

We're using Google's copy of the jQuery JavaScript library for the Forum, which might possibly explain something appearing from googleapis.com, but that wouldn't need to set any cookies.

Yes, but I'm deleting the cookies and resetting Safari each time.

Maybe deletion and reset don't work too well?

I would have thought that deleting cookies would be something that browsers would get right. Cookies have been around since the start of the web, and they're only small text files that need deleting.

I've no idea what "reset" means in Safari, whether that deletes all cached content or not.

If my Safari browser on this MacBook doesn't remove stuff properly, I'll have a go with another computer later. Maybe it's a bug.
