Carradice Super C Rackbag

Being a little on the short side, have fitted a rear rack and would like to fit a rackbag, with the carradice super c rackbag how much overhang can be accomodated at tail end of rack?

The rackbag is fixed to the rack with 4 velcro straps (2 each side). The distance between the outside edges of the straps (red arrow in the attached photo) is 250 mm. The overhang behind the rear strap (yellow arrow) is 20 mm. The rear pocket then overhangs a further 55mm (green arrown) from the end of the bag.
