Please delete at will - I can't find a thread about near misses - where folk tell about the details of what happened. Surely this would be helpful for all of us to learn from. I don't want to start one cos I am sure there must be one somewhere?

There is no generic "Near Miss" topic. You will have to start your own.

This is mainly because each incident is different and the response from other users variable. Thus to mix up comments about more than one incident would be difficult to follow ( at best ).
