I know there are many other sites for reporting the theft of a cycle, such as http://www.immobilise.com/

But this Facebook page is great for a local community of cyclists (or at least it could be as more people view it and like it)
Also this page is backed up by Twitter feeds @StolenYork, Again useful as more people follow and update the information.
As you will see PCSO's follow on Twitter and as more people follow this can only result in more eye's on the ground.

I know some cycles are shipped to other towns and cities,plus some are stripped down but for the ones that are sold on in the local area this info could result in the rightful owner being reunited with there cycle.

Please spread the word and follow on Twitter
